Step outside into your own secluded tropical oasis. The sparkling saltwater pool & jacuzzi is surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of the rock waterfall, setting the perfect tone for your relaxation.

Secluded Outdoor Haven:

Surrounded by a high and thick privacy hedge, the backyard is your personal and private retreat. Whether you’re swimming in the pool, soaking in the jacuzzi, or grilling up dinner on the BBQ, you’ll have all the privacy you need to fully unwind. Spend your afternoons lounging by the pool, and when the sun goes down, the peaceful sounds of the waterfall will be the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening.

Summer Bliss:

During the summer months, the pool naturally stays between a delightful 85-90 degrees, offering a refreshing escape from the warm Florida sun. The jacuzzi heater is ready whenever you need a little extra warmth for a relaxing soak under the stars.

Winter Comfort:

From October through April, the pool is consistently heated to a cozy 85 degrees, ensuring you can enjoy a warm swim no matter the weather. The heater is also available for the jacuzzi for those chilly days/evenings. All you need to do is switch the system from Pool Mode to Spa Mode

Jacuzzi Details:

We want your experience to be smooth and relaxing, so please note that the jacuzzi takes about one hour (during the summer) to two hours to heat up. To help it warm up faster, it’s recommended not to run the waterfall or air blower while heating. This helps reach the perfect temperature more efficiently!

A Note About Accessibility:

While we’ve designed our space to be as comfortable as possible, we understand that the jacuzzi's original/current entry design may not be ideal for guests with mobility/balance issues. We’re actively working on improving accessibility and truly appreciate your understanding. If this is something that might impact your decision to stay with us, we completely get it—your comfort and safety are our top priorities.

Our home is filled with entertainment options for guests of all ages. Kick back for a movie night in the cozy living room, featuring a 77” smart TV with a high end surround sound system to stream all your favorite shows, films, and music.

Looking for something more interactive?

Challenge your friends and family to a game on our Iron Maiden Pinball machine! Free to play and can host up to 4 players simultaneously. It’s perfect for some friendly competition. You’ll be jamming out to Iron Maiden classics like “The Trooper”, "2-Minutes to Midnight" and “Aces High” while helping Eddie (the band’s iconic mascot) defeat his evil imposter. It’s fast-paced, exciting, and sure to be a hit with everyone!

And throughout the house, you’ll find unique artwork from local Naples artists—adding a touch of the area’s vibrant culture to your stay.

After a full day of fun, you’ll love retreating to one of the three relaxing bedrooms designed with your comfort in mind:

The master bedroom features a luxurious King-Size Serta iComfort Hybrid mattress, so you can rest easy and wake up refreshed. The en suite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, offering you privacy and comfort.

The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and its own Smart TV for quiet evenings or lazy mornings.

The third bedroom doubles as an office and fun hangout space with the Iron Maiden Pinball machine and a pullout sofa, making it perfect for kids or additional guests.

We know Southwest Florida is famous for its stunning beaches, and we’ve made it easy for you to enjoy them! We provide everything you need for a day by the sea, including:

- 6 beach chairs
- A beach umbrella
- Beach towels
- A pack-and-play crib for beach days with the little
   ones

But the fun doesn’t stop at the beach!

Naples, and the greater Southwest Florida region, are filled with incredible attractions:

- Naples Pier & World-Class Beaches: Just a short drive away, you can enjoy crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. Catch a sunset at Naples Pier, or relax on what’s been called some of the best beaches in the nation.

- Naples Botanical Garden: Take a peaceful stroll through 170 acres of stunning tropical landscapes and gardens.

- Naples Zoo: A favorite for families, this zoo offers boat rides around the monkey islands and plenty of animal exhibits.

Your Safety & Privacy Are Our Top Priorities:
For your safety and peace of mind, we’ve equipped the home with multiple outdoor security cameras:

- A Ring Security Camera with Floodlight in the driveway
- A Ring Video Camera Doorbell at the front door
- A Ring Security Floodlight with Camera on the east side of the house, overlooking the side yard and facing the street
- A Ring Security Camera on the west side of the house, overlooking the west lawn and pointing toward the street

Rest assured that there are no cameras inside or covering any private areas of the home, including the backyard with the pool and jacuzzi. These features are solely in place to ensure your safety during arrival and for emergencies, and they are not actively monitored.

Flexible Pool and Lawn Maintenance:

At our home, we truly value your privacy and want to make sure you feel comfortable and safe throughout your stay. Lawn care is performed on Mondays. While we do the best we can to schedule lawn maintenance around guests, sometimes it is just not possible to change the scheduled date that they already have us on the calendar for. Pool cleaning typically happens on Wednesdays. We understand that you’re here to relax, and we want to make that as smooth as possible. We’ll do our very best to coordinate with our service company and have the pool cleaned and sparkling before your arrival, so you can dive right into vacation mode!

If your stay is longer than a week, we’ll happily work with you to schedule the necessary weekly pool service at a time that minimizes disruption. The pool might be unavailable for up to 2 hours after cleaning, but we always aim to schedule these visits early in the morning to ensure you have the entire day to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi.

Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding as we maintain the beautiful amenities that make this space so special. If you have any concerns or requests, we’re always here to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
